3M™ Impact Stripping Tape 500 features a green, rubber backed tape with a paper liner. It has a specially formulated, backing that withstands impact against common blasting media such as aluminum oxide, steel shot, glass bead, and plastic. This tape is the thinnest of the portfolio yet provides outstanding conformability.
Protect surfaces and materials during dry media blast paint removal with 3M™ Impact Stripping Tape YR500. Our stripping tape features a specially formulated, thick, compounded, rubber backing. This means it can withstand impact from common blasting media including aluminium oxide, steel shot, glass beads and plastic. The easy release paper liner removes with minimal effort, making it an excellent choice for die cutting applications. Our tape also protects materials like wood and glass from overspray.
